Shipping policy
Freight is a flat rate per order, based on the largest item in your order:

| Artworks and prints with at least one side 91 cm or under | $55 AUD | $75 AUD |
| Large artworks - both sides over 91 cm | $95 AUD | $120 AUD |
If your order contains several items, you pay the rate for the largest item only. (We will introduce a small surcharge for additional artworks in future.)
Unstretched paintings travel rolled in a tube; pre-stretched paintings are packed flat and may ship separately from other items in your order and arrive on a different day.
We send all packages by Australia Post or courier (usually Transit Direct or Northline). Delivery to and from a remote community takes longer than a city-to-city parcel - please allow 2–4 weeks within Australia and 3–6 weeks overseas. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
International orders
Prices on the website exclude Australian GST for overseas delivery addresses. Customs duties, import taxes and any handling fees charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. If your country isn't offered at checkout, please contact us and we'll arrange a quote.
If you'd like to make other arrangements - collecting in person, or using your own freight company - please contact the art centre before you order.
Insurance and Delivery
Please clearly nominate a delivery address.
All artworks are posted using StarTrack or Australia Post unless other delivery arrangements are made with the art centre. Delivery options are very limited from Alice Springs.
Yuendumu does not have a reliable mail service so parcels are generally driven to town once a week.
Every effort is made to dispatch artworks as quickly as possible, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing something from a very remote community. Minimum delivery time is one week after the item has been posted.
The nearest courier service is 300kms away in Alice Springs and entails additional costs. If you require the article in a hurry please notify us and we will do our best to try to process the parcel quickly.
